The Portland real estate market is now experiencing the same conditions then most state in the US! As you can see from the link below, our total inventory for Portland is now 11.1 month! What does that mean? It means that if we were to take into consideration the current buying trend with the number of properties available on the market, it would take 11.1 months to get rid of the entire inventory.
